Duties include drafting invoices, communicating approvals via email or FedEx, resolving issues with steamship lines by phone, processing supplier invoices, handling payments via ACH or checks, organizing files in shared drives, following compliance rules, and suggesting improvements, though managing email communications during high volume periods can be demanding.

Requirements
