The cleaner maintains warehouse cleanliness, using chemical cleaners and power equipment to protect floors and fixtures. They gather trash, sweep walks, remove snow, and wipe food areas like table tops and chairs. Interactions involve reporting repairs to managers, communicating with clients and supervisors, and complying with safety protocols. Must be 18 or older, with no experience required but training provided, and preferred customer service background.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
- Follow procedures for use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Notify manager of needed repairs
- Establish communication with clients and coworkers
- Comply with safety, security, compliance standards
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines
- Move cabinets, boxes, furniture with hand trucks
- Clean glass partitions, windows, mirrors
- Wash and replace blinds
- Gather and empty trash
- Sweep walks, rake leaves, remove snow
- Wipe tabletops, chairs in food areas
- Service, clean, supply restrooms
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- No experience required, on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Customer service experience preferred
- 1 year of similar work experience preferred
