Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of patient care using evidence-based practice
- Assess and integrate data to identify patient physical, psychosocial, safety, and self-care needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care including nursing, teaching, and discharge
- Educate patients and families, utilizing appropriate resources
- Participate in shared governance, committee work, and quality improvement
Requirements
- Licensed State of Illinois Registered Nurse
- CPR – Basic Life Support
- Current experience within past five years or new nursing graduate within past two years
- One year experience in pertinent clinical specialty preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
