Responsibilities
- Assign associates to job functions per production needs
- Train and cross-train associates on department roles
- Monitor production, quality, safety, and behavior
- Communicate information in supervisor's absence
- Maintain safe work conditions
- Resolve minor processing problems
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- High school diploma, GED, or some high school
- Leadership experience
- Warehouse or distribution center experience
- Intermediate computer skills including Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and Kronos
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
