Commercial legal counsel structures and negotiates SaaS agreements, technology transactions, and partnerships for NICE's CXone platform. - Lead structure and negotiation of commercial technology transactions

Requirements
- Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials
- Active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 8-10 years supporting SaaS and technology transactions
- Experience drafting, negotiating complex agreements including Data Processing Agreements
- Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and IP law
- In-house experience in commercial or technology environments
- Familiarity with U.S. and international data protection regimes
