Interaction involves on-site classroom visits and meetings for urgent issues. A constraint involves diagnosing complex hardware problems under timelines in active educational environments.
Pay ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 hourly based on experience, with 10 to 20 hours weekly. Location requires on-campus availability in Laramie, Wyoming. Responsibilities
- Respond to support calls for classroom technology

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- At least three years experience with desktop applications and Windows systems
