In this position, professionals schedule and route technicians for install or service jobs, contact customers to reschedule when necessary, and train existing staff on updates. Resources include dispatching systems, Salesforce software, and scheduling tools for efficient routes. Interactions involve operations supervisors, technicians, customers, and HR for team motivation. Compensation is $20 to $22 per hour based on experience. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Experience with dispatching operations preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making
- Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
