Tasks include preparing item-level monthly and yearly forecasts using Excel, adjusting for changes in demand via market research. Interactions involve cross-functional teams like merchandising. Challenges include working without supervision, maintaining confidentiality, and adapting to market pressures within strict timelines.
Salaries range from $80,000 to $120,000 annually, with up to 10% bonus. Bi-weekly PTO up to 112 hours yearly, plus holidays and family day.
