Tasks involve providing therapy services remotely, performing assessments to gauge service requirements, creating individualized plans, implementing and monitoring them via teletherapy, and documenting regularly. Working with young children up to adults adds variety, while licensure considerations in California ensure compliance.
W2 hourly compensation is $43 to $56, dependent on experience, credentials, and bilingual proficiency, including licensure reimbursement post-145 hours. The fully remote role demands minimum 12 weekly hours part-time, adaptable for U.S.-based workers serving California/Nevada. Responsibilities
- Provide remote speech-language therapy services to clients
- Conduct online speech-language assessments to determine eligibility for speech services
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor individual's plan of care via teletherapy
- Maintain a caseload of kids, adults, and the geriatric population
- Keep appropriate and daily documentation
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CA State Speech Language Pathologist License or able to obtain
- Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview
- Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through all-inclusive platform
- Comfortable working with children (18 months+)
- Bilingual in Spanish or Russian preferred but not required
