Hourly pay ranges from $43 to $56 on W2, adjusted for experience, qualifications, and bilingual skills, with reimbursement for licensure after 145 hours worked. The setup is fully remote, requiring at least 12 hours weekly part-time, flexible across the U.S. for California and Nevada clients. Responsibilities
- Provide remote speech-language therapy services to clients
- Conduct online speech-language assessments to determine eligibility for speech services
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor individual's plan of care via teletherapy
- Maintain a caseload of kids, adults, and the geriatric population
- Keep appropriate and daily documentation
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CA State Speech Language Pathologist License or able to obtain
- Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview
- Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through all-inclusive platform
- Comfortable working with children (18 months+)
- Bilingual in Spanish or Russian preferred but not required
