Management & Training Corporation runs the Clearfield Job Corps Center in Utah, delivering vocational training to 16-24 year olds. Focus includes hands-on skill building for employment across various industries.
Coaches observe over-the-road driving, prepare students via lectures and worksheets, assess readiness for exams, and uphold safety practices. They collaborate with instructors, manage student property, and follow activity schedules. A constraint is maintaining close supervision during evaluations to prevent incidents.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years old
- Experience with youth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Valid Utah driver's license with acceptable driving record
