Responsibilities
- Prepare units for move-ins with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs
- Complete work orders within 24 hours as directed
- Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-call responsibilities
- Complete grounds pick up, sweeping, and light landscaping such as mulch and sprinkler head replacements
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills and maintains professional communication with residents, vendors and team members
- Manage Snow removal (CO, KS, UT) or Hurricane Preparation and Clean up (FL)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of relevant experience required
- OSHA, EPA, and CPO license/certifications preferred
- Written, verbal, and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of facilities management and mechanical equipment
- Pass criminal background screening
- Possession of a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance or reliable transportation
