During 10-hour shifts at 10 a.m., this nurse administers medications according to provider protocols and records client observations in detail, supporting individuals recovering from substance use or psychiatric conditions. Such interventions ensure safe, compassionate care in a residential setting, helping clients engage in treatment and reduce relapse risks. Core methods include measuring vital signs twice daily, assisting with intake surveys, and conducting blood draws for GeneSight swabs and TB testing.
Evoraa Healthcare manages care for clients undergoing detoxification and recovery programs. The team specializes in non-judgmental support for individuals with chemically dependent or psychiatric needs, offering 24/7 service in structured environments.
Task involve interacting compassionately with clients to foster treatment engagement, maintaining sterile environments by sweeping, mopping floors, and disposing waste responsibly, and recording all nursing aids in client charts. Nurses communicate with pharmacists via phone for refills, coordinate client admissions by admitting new arrivals at 2 p.m. slots, complete nursing intakes including assessing conditions, and ensure HIPAA compliance in all patient information handling. Where possible, team members attend staff trainings twice monthly and assist in discharges. Requirements
- Current unrestricted licensure in TN or GA as a Licensed Practical Nurse

- Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships
- Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions from data
- Experience working with people in recovery or mental health preferred
