The supervisor oversees plasma donation center employees in production areas, ensuring donor engagement and high-quality plasma for medicines. Tasks include performance oversight, inventory control, operational leadership, conflict resolution, Medical History, Phlebotomy, Sample Processing duties. Analyzing non-conforming events, fostering teamwork, with frequent bending, lifting to 32 pounds or 50 pounds occasionally, standing for shifts, and glove wear due to bloodborne pathogen risks. Work requires physical stamina in a fast-paced environment. Takeda offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus with wages of $23.36 to $32.12 hourly, following state laws. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and AED certification
- Capacity for frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
- Capacity for frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
