Job Description
The inspector ensures products meet customer specifications, validates correct allocation on shipping docks, and corrects non-conformance using measures like calipers and scales. This role monitors presentation standards in packaging, reports exceptions via Quality Issues Emails, and oversees floor operations during supervisor absences.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- 1 year college degree or 6 months experience in related field
- Previous experience in produce industry preferred
- Must pass background check and pre-employment skills testing
- Must sign confidentiality agreement
- Proficiency in English communication
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- JDA or NAV experience preferred
- Ability to use measuring devices like scales, calipers, ruler
- Spanish as a second language helpful
