Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer supply chain strategy development and execution through direct interaction
  • Manage responsibility for smaller customers
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to identify supply chain efficiency opportunities
  • Partner to drive proactive solutions and assist with claims team Smartsheet
  • Lead customer scorecard development and tracking for assigned customers
  • Build internal scorecards and manage customer-delivered scorecards
  • Develop insights and action plans from analysis
  • Lead alignment and communication of learnings with customers
  • Develop reporting and scorecarding through data received via customer portals
  • Assist with information supporting progress in deliveries and reduction of fees/fines
  • Assist with customer allocation tool and manage as back-up

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Operations Research, or quantitative business discipline
  • Two years of experience in Customer Supply Chain preferably within CPG industry
  • Proficient understanding of fundamental business management and supply chain principles
  • Thorough grasp of internal and customer forecasting, order generation, order fulfillment
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate cross functionally
  • Solid negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated analytical approach to root-causing constraints and service issues
  • Ability to build strong relationships internal and external to business
