Interns assist operational preparations for groups, communicate changes and needs to teams, liaison for non-training groups on facility demands, collect and organize documentation like waivers and itineraries, conduct tours for clients, build relationships with development staff, prepare materials such as packets and keys, coordinate hotel agreements and reconciliations, support front desk checks-ins and communications, assist retail sales and inventory, and handle special events. Work uses Microsoft Office for emails and reports, involves lifting 30 pounds, and requires flexible hours including nights and weekends.
This internship demands irregular hours with holidays, valid driver's license with excellent record, and allows residents to redact age details in applications.

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Current enrollment in accredited program preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
