Key duties include greeting donors at entry and exit, executing venipunctures, programming machines, overseeing during donations, addressing reactions, setting up plasmapheresis equipment, priming disposable sets, stowing supplies, recording vitals like hematocrit and weight, inputting data into system, guiding donors, and providing Debit Card compensation. Implements improvements with 5S methods. Collaborates with manager for complex decisions, peers for safety, and donors for service. Physical challenges encompass full-shift standing, occasional 50-pound lifts, bending, and glove-wearing for 90% of tasks due to pathogen risks.
Starting hourly rate is $17, part-time shifts covering evenings, weekends, and holidays in West Des Moines, Iowa. Responsibilities
- Greet donors as they enter and exit donor floor
- Perform venipknię of donors

- Perform all tasks required for setup, verification, and operation of plasmapheresis equipment
- Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment
- 1 or more years experience in customer or patient facing role preferred
