Job Description
Managers streamline billing cycles by reconciling customer invoices against ecommerce data and accruals, ensuring accurate revenue recognition that supports budgeting processes. Teams handle deductions and rebates using Excel lookups and pivot tables in ERP systems like Microsoft NAV. Avadim Holdings develops accessible healthcare solutions, focusing on innovations for physical well-being in 160 countries with a portfolio of medical devices and wellness platforms.
Daily duties include preparing 1099 filings, reconciling AR reserves, and supporting audits with detailed documentation. Interactions with sales, logistics, and production teams resolve discrepancies via email and meetings. Supervisors lead process improvements, but multitasking in a fast-paced environment requires prioritizing urgent payments. Travel up to 10% for site visits adds variability, though hybrid schedules balance it with in-office days.
Hybrid work requires 2-3 days in office weekly with flexibility for remote tasks. Full-time roles pay competitively based on experience, without specified ranges. Benefits include health insurance and professional development through training. Physical demands involve lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally, sitting at desks, and visual acuity for screen reviews.
