Activities involve prospecting through cold-calling and networking groups to develop new customer bases in territories assigned. Manage daily production with Microsoft tools, bidding software, and customer management systems for efficient territory oversight. Provide consultations encompassing design, theory of operation, and solution integration using video surveillance equipment. Promote products by collaborating with representatives for manufacturing and operational counterparts. Challenge involves generating leads in competitive B2B markets, often requiring presentation skills to executives.

Compensation ranges from $37,500 to $65,000 annually with base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Full-time position requires travel within assigned territories and valid driver's license. Responsibilities

  • Create new market share through prospecting and developing customer bases

  • Efficiently manage territory resources for daily production and customer relationships
  • Provide security consultations including design, scope of work, theory of operation, and solution integration

  • Collaborate with product and manufacturing representatives and operational counterparts

Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years B2B sales experience
  • Experience in security, telecom, or technology industry preferred
  • Proficient in system design applications, bidding tools, customer management systems, and Microsoft software
  • Experience with integrated video surveillance preferred
  • Experience with access control preferred
  • Experience with fire systems preferred
  • Valid driver's license issued by state of residence
  • Ability to read and interpret English documents
  • Expert in customer relationships and conflict resolution
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
