Responsibilities
- Perform all operational requirements of the job
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks unsupervised
- Respond to process indicators and make changes for abnormal situations
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of WWTP equipment
- Perform equipment modifications to improve efficiency
- Develop PM schedules for WWTP equipment
- Instruct lower level technicians on troubleshooting
- Demonstrate intermediate skills in electricity, electronics, PLCs, plumbing, mechanical, welding, and pneumatics
Requirements
- High school diploma
- One year relevant operating experience at a Class 1 or higher wastewater system
- One year food manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and read reports
- Familiarity with computer operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
