Responsibilities

  • Manage MSL vendors defining scope, coverage, and performance
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to global MSL team fostering alignment
  • Provide scientific training through quarterly sessions and data updates
  • Monitor MSL activities, KOL engagement, and field insights for recommendations
  • Direct MSL priorities for investigator education and enrollment acceleration
  • Map priority KOLs by region with engagement objectives
  • Manage advisory boards for insights and strategy validation
  • Develop publication plans with journal targets, authors, and timelines
  • Create compliant medical education materials for MSL use
  • Represent company at 4-6 major congresses annually
  • Build patient advocacy function through partner identification and planning
  • Partner with Clinical Operations on site strategy and investigator support

Requirements

  • MD, PhD, or equivalent advanced scientific degree
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Medical Affairs within biotech/pharma
  • Deep expertise in oncology and late-stage clinical development
  • Experience building and leading Medical Affairs teams including MSLs and vendor management
  • Strong network of Oncology KOLs, health authorities, and scientific organizations
