Delivers patient-centered nursing care in medical-surgical units through assessment, planning, and treatment execution. Nurses address changes in patient conditions, collaborating with physicians to improve health outcomes. Requirements
- 0-2 years experience in clinical nursing or acute care setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing process and practices
- Ability to perform assessments and communicate findings
- Proficient in medication administration
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety standards, infection control, quality improvement
- RN state licensure
- BCLS certification
- ACLS preferred
- PALS preferred
- NRP preferred
