Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy work experience
- Valid state-issued driver license
- At least 21 years old
- Clean driving record for last 5 years
- Clean criminal history
- Phlebotomy Certification preferred
- Reliable transportation with proof of required auto insurance
