Base pay ranges from $19.55 to $25.42 depending on factors like experience. Full-time employees access medical with HSA or FSA, dental, vision, prescription, adoption support, short/long-term disability, life, AD&D, 401(k) with match, stock purchase, education assistance, 12 weeks parental leave. Flexible time off accrues at 0.3512 hours daily, increasing with service, plus seven holidays and service time off. Monthly, quarterly incentives available. Highway language is English.
