Job Description
Customers gain access to home financing options through full loan file submissions prepared by coordinators assisting originators. These roles support loan documentation builds, from lead callbacks within 20 minutes to database management across lead tracker and MyCircle systems. Coordinators update credit reports using AUS findings and manage calendars for appointments set with prospective applicants.
Guild Mortgage operates as a mortgage banking firm serving homebuyers since 1960, providing affordable financing with professional service levels. The organization offers comprehensive benefits like medical insurance and a 401(k) with employer match.
Daily activities include calling clients weekly for documentation updates, sending pre-qualification links via originator referrals, and tracking active loans in databases. Workers handle loan forms, disclosures, and documents on behalf of customers, while coordinating with originators and processors to resolve conditions. A key limitation involves prohibitions against quoting rates or assisting with application explanations due to SAFE Act restrictions.
Compensation ranges from competitive hourly rates to eligibility for incentive bonuses up to an unspecified percentage. Positions operate in office settings with 0% travel, offering medical insurance, dental coverage, and vision benefits at Guild Mortgage.
