Fleet Management focuses on workshop management for maintenance and uptime software. Team mentors staff software engineers, builds backend with C++, Spanner, Angular, Javascrit, React. Experience in third-party APIs, public APIs, lifecycle processes essential.

Engineers report to Engineering Manager hybrid role. They collaborate, work across boundaries with PM, UX, legal, operations. Lead, take ownership, drive efforts completion. Requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years experience working with backend tech (e.g. C++, Spanner)
  • 6+ years of experience with Front End (Angular, Javascript, React, etc)
  • Experience with 3rd party integrations and public APIs
  • Experience in product development lifecycle
  • TL or leadership skills
  • Familiarity with Google infrastructure (e.g. Flume, Borg, Protocol Buffers, OnePlatform) or GCP equivalent preferred
  • Development experience with C++ preferred
  • Working knowledge of frontend frameworks (e.g. Angular, Dart) preferred
  • Scalability experience preferred
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
