Job Description
This position implements Contentful for customers by planning tasks, tracking completion, and reporting risks using Contentful features like APIs and REST. It provides audience-specific training on platforms such as Next.js, Angular, and GraphQL to ensure long-term project success.
Contentful powers digital experiences for 4,200 organizations worldwide through composable components and AI personalization, with teams in Berlin, Denver, London, New York.
Managers oversee customer onboarding milestones, manage budgets and reporting, coordinate with Solution Architects on workshops, and request feedback under agile SDLC. They interact with Solution Architects, Customer Success teams, external project managers, and engineers, managing multiple time-sensitive projects.
Salary ranges from $111,000 to $150,000 based on location, with equity awards, bonuses, incentives. Work from offices or distributed with hybrid setups. Responsibilities
- Provide implementation consultation, training, and advice to customers on Contentful features
- Oversee planning, tracking, and completion of implementation tasks
- Manage budgets, reporting, and capacity planning
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Coordinate technical training with Solution Architects
Requirements
- At least 3 years in technical consulting, project management, or Solution Engineering in SaaS
- Strong interpersonal skills for client relationships
- Experience with APIs, REST, GraphQL, CMS, JS, Ruby, Node.js, .NET, Swift, Java, Python, PHP
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, Angular, Gatsby, Vercel, Kotlin, SDKs
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, CS, related field or equivalent
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
