  • Track record navigating start-ups and structured frameworks
  • Direct experience developing HR policies including compensation and compliance
  • Demonstrated success addressing cultural challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience preferred
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
