Responsibilities
- Demonstrate leadership or point of contact during shift assignments
- Oversee and supervise 3-4 hourly logistics personnel for assigned operations
- Direct and review work plans for assigned staff within assigned area
- Conduct a review of team members' support of DC operations including receiving, storing, shipping
- Maintain strict inventory control and ensure accurate shipments and receipts
- Maintain accurate records and metrics, audit as necessary
- Assist in monthly and/or annual physical inventories, provide reports
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
- Keep strong working knowledge of all operating systems in the work area
- Participate in order planning for the facilities team
- Manage tasks and vendor inventory orders
- Participate in inventory audits and manage OFCI for Construction and Bulk Inventory
- Coordinate with 3-way match receiving and assist with bulk and asset receiving
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree or Logistics-related certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or related field
- 6+ months in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, client service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to safely lift and move 50 pounds and stand duration of shift
- Able to potentially travel up to 25%
