Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate leadership or point of contact during shift assignments
  • Oversee and supervise 3-4 hourly logistics personnel for assigned operations
  • Direct and review work plans for assigned staff within assigned area
  • Conduct a review of team members' support of DC operations including receiving, storing, shipping
  • Maintain strict inventory control and ensure accurate shipments and receipts
  • Maintain accurate records and metrics, audit as necessary
  • Assist in monthly and/or annual physical inventories, provide reports
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Keep strong working knowledge of all operating systems in the work area
  • Participate in order planning for the facilities team
  • Manage tasks and vendor inventory orders
  • Participate in inventory audits and manage OFCI for Construction and Bulk Inventory
  • Coordinate with 3-way match receiving and assist with bulk and asset receiving

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree or Logistics-related certification preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or related field
  • 6+ months in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, client service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to safely lift and move 50 pounds and stand duration of shift
  • Able to potentially travel up to 25%
