Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services APIs
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, custom validations, condition rules
- Develop, maintain Workday custom reports
- Troubleshoot, resolve system or integration issues
- Create and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance)
- Monitor scheduled integrations and address failures or data inconsistencies
- Document integration design, configuration, data flow processes
- Optimize existing integrations for performance and reliability
- Develop, maintain reports and dashboards for business and compliance needs
- Work with users to understand reporting requirements, translate into Workday solutions
- Automate report scheduling and distribution
- Provide technical support for end users
- Maintain system documentation including design specs, workflows, configurations
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT teams
- Participate in change control and configuration management
- Gather/document business requirements for change requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, related field
- 5+ years experience including 2 years in administration or support of enterprise systems like Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, Reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding business process fluency
- Ability to work in team environment; establish relationships
- Proven success with HCM, Payroll, Financial systems
