Job Description
Senior clinicians oversee case management for adults with serious mental illness, emotional disturbances, or developmental disabilities, conducting psychological evaluations using psychometric instruments. They interview clients, determine mental status, review records, and make diagnoses. Clinicians formulate individualized service plans, attend treatment teams, and provide consultation and treatment services. Roles involve crisis planning, documenting progress, and utilizing electronic medical records for accurate data entry.

Senior clinicians earn $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually. Positions are statewide in Montana, with no hybrid arrangements specified. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision per administrative rules

Requirements
- Advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Five years of direct work experience
- Ability to assess from a strengths model perspective
- Strong oral and written communication skills
