Job Description

Managing compliance submissions for life safety in real estate at Lincoln Property Company ensures properties meet state and federal codes for occupant safety. This role tracks reports from multiple sources, reviews for accuracy, and uploads to systems, preventing risks and maintaining standards across office, multifamily, and commercial assets.

Lincoln Property Company manages over 680 million square feet of commercial space for institutional clients, offering integrated services in real estate lifecycle across the US, UK, and Europe.

Duties include ensuring accurate reporting, tracking documentation from engineering, managers, landlords, and vendors, pulling reports from asset software, managing Elements of Performance cycles daily to annually, reviewing for compliance, uploading to SharePoint, maintaining spreadsheets, interpreting codes, and handling assigned tasks while demonstrating detail orientation and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures accurate reporting of information
  • Tracks and maintains compliance documentation from multiple sources
  • Pulls reports from Asset Management software
  • Manages Elements of Performance reporting cycle
  • Reviews all reports and documentation for compliance and accuracy
  • Uploads and manages document submission to SharePoint
  • Maintains Excel spreadsheets to track status of submissions
  • Understands and interprets Life Safety and Building Codes
  • Handles other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Four year degree and 3+ years related experience or equivalent
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and SharePoint
  • Experience with building maintenance software CMS a plus
  • Common maintenance knowledge of core building equipment a plus
  • Ability to understand and interpret Building Maintenance reports
  • Ability to proofread documents and spreadsheets
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven record of providing excellent customer service
  • Maintains high professionalism with clients
