One constraint: requires full mobility for walking, stooping, squatting in various positions.

Responsibilities
- Assemble and maintain weekly site inspection schedule and driving routes
- Conduct daily calls and written correspondence with direct reports
- Perform regular audits on sites, check updates to stormwater records and postings
- Assist direct reports with inspection coverage
- Conduct construction site evaluations for erosion and sediment controls
- Train, support, develop direct reports
- Complete site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and recordkeeping books
- Review and monitor scheduling for efficiency
- Relate requirements of state and local regulations
- Consult client management on compliance issues
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and co-workers
- Return client calls and emails same business day
- Be proactive in learning regulations, recommend solutions
- Troubleshoot inspection related issues
- Maintain high customer service
Requirements
- 1-3 years of management experience
- Strong computer, organizational, writing, communication skills
- CEPSCI Certification favorable
- CESSWI Certification favorable
- OSHA Card favorable
- Background in stormwater, construction, regulatory, or wetland remediation favorable
