You communicate with marketing teams, external stakeholders for success, manage priorities with deadlines, demonstrate organization, detail, support simultaneous events, seamlessly execute logistics, vendor management, complete assignments thoroughly, mitigate errors, adapt to unexpected, provide solutions quickly, anticipate tasks, accommodate needs, share creativity on industry trends.
Salary $68,640 to $93,600. Work full-time with up to 15% travel. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), profit-sharing, 80 hours vacation, 12 holidays, personal/professional growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 1+ year in events or hospitality
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related
- Ability to work independently and team
- Experience delivering on deadlines
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Workfront
- Willingness for 15% travel
- Authorized to work in US
- Experience with Exhibit Force, Rainfocus (recommended)
- CMP, PMP certifications (recommended)
