This role prepares ingredients and cooks foods like brick oven pizza for guests at Canopy DC Embassy Row by Hilton Hotel. Emphasis lies on following recipes to serve plated items efficiently.
TBC Hotels develops and operates over 30 hotels in the US, focusing on meaningful relationships with associates and guests.
Tasks include portioning, chopping, and storing ingredients; preparing cold foods and operating ovens. Work occurs in kitchens with equipment like fryers, serving in portions while checking temperatures. The workstation setup includes breaking down after shifts. A weekend-specific schedule requires availability Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities
