Visit Nurse

Core duties include planning, implementing, and evaluating hospice nursing plans to support patients in home, facility, or acute settings. Tools include electronic medical records for tracking and communication. One constraint involves on-call requirements for weekend visits that may disrupt personal schedules.

The role offers a salary of $80,000 to $85,000 annually with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Scattered bed team works 8:30a-5p Friday and 8:30a-9p weekends, with premium pay for weekend hours.
