Specialists apply methodologies like Prosci and Kotter, conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments, identify stakeholders using tools, partner with SMEs for business process tracking via documentation, develop communication messages on program benefits, support training design for resources, create post-implementation support plans like checklists and help desks, oversee vendor initiatives aligned with methodologies, building relationships to influence actions.

Responsibilities
- Identify and apply change management processes and tools for adoption strategies
- Assess change impact through analyses, readiness evaluations, stakeholder identification
- Identify business process changes, partner with SMEs for tracking and documentation
- Identify key messages about programs, changes, benefits for communication
- Partner with trainers for business process training, provide input on needs, support delivery
- Develop plans for post-implementation support like checklists, floorwalkers, help desk
- Oversee vendor-led OCM/operational readiness initiatives aligned with methodology
Requirements
- Skill in change management principles, assessments, plans, business process reengineering
- Knowledge of methodologies like ATD, Prosci, Kotter, LaMarsh
- Progressive experience in workforce development or organizational change management
- Ability to build relationships, influence decisions, navigate issues, communicate effectively
- Change Management Certification valued
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
