Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems
- Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot workstations
- Track inventory and purchase hardware
- Support network and workstation operating systems
- Test new applications and provide feedback
- Assist with complex network issues and documentation
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems including Windows 11
- Experience with mobile operating systems like Apple iOS and Android
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
- 1+ years in customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
