Job Description

Managing the partnerships platform for LendingTree means defining ways to integrate partner channels seamlessly, helping users find clarity in complex home services decisions. This work simplifies processes for external partners, tracks revenue, and scales from bespoke setups to modern platforms, directly impacting how millions navigate important financial choices like mortgages and insurance.

Activities include defining product vision and roadmap for partner configuration and integration flows, identifying initiatives to achieve business and product goals, working with engineering to evolve current implementation into scalable platforms, designing simple, repeatable ways to configure and launch partners using internal tools, learning existing systems and simplifying approaches, collaborating with business development for deal through launch, defining implementation plans and tracking milestones, working with teams to navigate constraints, overseeing revenue capturing, attributing, and reporting through analytics and finance integrations, translating needs into product requirements, building reporting for visibility, and using data for metrics like performance and reliability with improvement from experimentation.

Base pay ranges from $120,000 to $150,000, with eligibility for annual performance bonus. Position requires hybrid schedule Tuesday-Thursday in-office in Charlotte, North Carolina, Monday and Friday remote, following standard business hours. Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for partner configuration and integration flows
  • Identifies initiatives required to achieve the business and product vision, strategy and goals
  • Work with engineering to evolve current implementation into a more scalable, purpose-built platform
  • Design simple, repeatable ways to configure and launch new partners using internal tools or configuration interfaces
  • Learn how existing systems work and where constraints come from, and use understanding to simplify and modernize approach
  • Partner with business development and external partners from deal signature through integration and launch
  • Define clear implementation plans, milestones, and responsibilities
  • Advocate for speed and quality in integrations; ensure consistent, well-understood implementation process
  • Work closely with long-tenured internal teams to navigate constraints and find realistic solutions
  • Collaborate with analytics, finance, and engineering to define capturing, attributing, and reporting revenue for partnerships
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements
  • Help build reporting and monitoring giving LendingTree and partners performance visibility
  • Define and track key metrics related to partner performance, integration speed, and platform reliability, using data and experimentation for improvements

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in Product Management or related roles
  • Experience working with external partners, clients, or stakeholders
  • Strong technical curiosity and comfort with APIs, data flows, and systems diagrams
  • Comfortable working with engineers on constraints and trade-offs
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive initiatives
  • Experience using data for decisions and analytics tools
  • Strong communication skills for teams and executives
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with legacy systems
  • High ownership mindset
