Functions include supervising multiple teams of examiners with spans of control, delegating duties, advising on trends and improvements, providing jurisdictional direction on claims, compiling and analyzing reports, conducting quality reviews, handling second-level appeals, reviewing reserves on high-cost claims, monitoring third-party and litigated claims, maintaining client contact, and ensuring proper coding and licensing. Collaborates with management on projects, clients on claims, and direct reports for performance development. Challenges arise in managing high-exposure, complex claims with tight deadlines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 6 years of claims experience
- 2 years of claims supervisory experience preferred
- Proper licenses as required
