Requirements
- 3+ years management experience leading teams
- 7+ years experience in AI/ML Engineering
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years preferred in AI/ML
- Prior experience leading teams of 15-20+
- PhD in Computer Science Machine Learning or related preferred
- Technical leadership in LLM retrieval and NLP
- Familiarity with semantic search vector databases
