Providing remote speech therapy sessions helps clients with language disorders achieve better communication, addressing challenges from conditions like apraxia that impede daily interactions. This role conducts online assessments and implements plans via teletherapy platforms, treating children over 18 months and adults with disorders in fluency, voice, and expression. Pathologists maintain documentation for diverse populations including geriatric clients in California and Nevada.

Responsibilities include conducting online assessments to determine eligibility, developing and monitoring plans, keeping daily records, and providing services to kids and adults. The work involves tailoring interventions for receptive/expressive disorders using an all-inclusive teletherapy platform, requiring comfort with children starting at 18 months. Bilingual abilities in Spanish or Russian enhance reach, though not required. Remote setup demands technical proficiency for virtual sessions.
Compensation is $43 to $56 per hour on W2 basis, based on experience, qualifications, and bilingualism, with licensure reimbursement after 145 hours. Work arrangement is 100% remote with minimum 12 hours per week part-time commitment, allowing flexible scheduling in all 50 states for clients in California and Nevada. Responsibilities
- Provide remote speech-language therapy services to clients
- Conduct online speech-language assessments to determine eligibility for speech services
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor individual's plan of care via teletherapy
- Maintain a caseload of kids, adults, and the geriatric population
- Keep appropriate and daily documentation
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CA State Speech Language Pathologist License or able to obtain
- Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview
- Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through all-inclusive platform
- Comfortable working with children (18 months+)
- Bilingual in Spanish or Russian preferred but not required
