Job Description

Managers in administration provide executive support to CEOs, organizing calendars, events, and strategic processes for healthcare organizations. This role enables efficient operations, addressing needs for structured workflows and boardroom setups. They use Microsoft Office, Confluence, and video tools to prepare reports, presentations, and research for decision-making.

MCG leads healthcare improvements with physician teams and technical experts, parented by Hearst for stability. Headquarters in Seattle support evidence-based content and product innovation. The company fosters professional growth in dynamic roles impacting patient care nationwide.

Tasks involve scheduling executive meetings, event planning including monthly gatherings, managing EA teams for workplace services like vendor oversight and deliveries. Interactions include CEOs, ET members, clients, partners, and building management. A constraint requires onsite presence in Seattle offices for oversight, with proactive anticipation for needs to enhance productivity.

Compensation ranges from $108,000 to $151,000 annually, bonus eligible. Location is hybrid in Seattle. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), HSA, 15 days PTO plus front-loaded personal days, 14 holidays, 8 weeks parental leave, pet insurance, and more.

Managers need 7+ years as executive assistant or similar, supervisory experience, and skills in OKR planning and event coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, Confluence, video conferencing. Prior office management preferred.

Further duties include compiling research for ET initiatives, handling confidential info, delivering on timelines, and applying business context for task prioritization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7+ years as an executive assistant or similar role like project manager
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous experience managing OKRs or similar planning processes
  • Previous experience with event planning
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, communication, and judging skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, project tools, video conferencing
  • Strong Microsoft Excel capability
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy
  • Proactive, resourceful, adaptable, positive
  • Previous experience with office management or workplace services
