Includes leading modernization projects and ensuring cybersecurity compliance with PCI and SOX standards.
Full-time position with salary range $100,000 to $125,000 annually based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain application services roadmap
- Lead and manage application analysts and developers
- Establish best practices for application lifecycle management
- Drive modernization like cloud adoption and legacy upgrades
- Oversee performance of retail and distribution systems
- Ensure reliable technology across store and warehouse environments
- Manage application delivery and configuration
- Oversee performance and SLAs
- Direct day-to-day support operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5-10+ years experience managing enterprise applications
- Experience leading technical teams in development or support
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and ITSM frameworks
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
