Marketing managers identify opportunities to engage members through multichannel campaigns in health insurance. They forecast initiatives, create plans meeting enterprise goals, and monitor performance for retention. This role advances consumer experiences with proactive problem-solving. Managers lead initiatives autonomously using data analytics.

Managers scope designs, execute, and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, digital, and social channels. They measure impact, conduct A/B tests to statistical significance, and collaborate cross-functionally. Work involves reporting insights to stakeholders and staying updated on trends. A challenge includes achieving measurable goals through data and analytical capabilities. Compliance with laws is mandatory.
Base pay ranges from $92,880 to $121,905 annually, plus employee benefits, unlimited vacation, and performance bonuses. Roles are full-time remote or hybrid in Atlanta. Candidates need 4+ years marketing experience, 2+ years using data for campaigns, 1+ year in measurement and A/B testing, and 2+ years leading initiatives. Bonuses for lifecycle or AI experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, designing, executing, measuring and optimizing multichannel campaigns
- Monitor the performance of campaigns to determine the right optimizations
- Measure the impact of marketing campaigns, create reports and communicate insights
- Design and implement a/b tests that meet statistical significance thresholds
- Work cross functionally to represent the team and collaborate with stakeholders
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in key marketing channels
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant marketing experience
- 2+ years of experience using data and data analytical capabilities to solve business problems & evaluate effectiveness and potential impact of marketing campaigns
- 1+ years of experience with marketing measurement including a/b testing, campaign performance, forecasting vs. actuals, statistical significance, optimization and setting up measurable campaigns
- 2+ years of experience leading complex initiatives from concept to implementation, collaborating with cross functional partners along the way, and getting executive buy in
