Requirements
- HVAC trade license of S2 or D2
- 8 or more years commercial experience desired
- Universal EPA certification
- CPR and valid driver’s license

- Skill in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Experience with Hartford HSB district heating loops
- Knowledge of complex HVAC and electrical equipment
- Proficiency with Schneider Electric and Alerton systems preferred
- Ability to operate tools and power equipment safely
