Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales of Eurofins Discovery portfolio within assigned territory to achieve targets
- Prospect for clients requiring drug discovery services and products
- Develop and support client relationships through face-to-face meetings
- Build and document territory business plans to accomplish targets
- Report on competitor activities in region and globally
- Provide monthly reports against key metrics
- Utilize CRM to keep information updated
- Maintain competence in chemistry services for drug discovery
- Promote customer satisfaction with 24-hour response times
- Work with Marketing on strategies for portfolio promotion
- Participate in webinars, tradeshows, and customer site events
- Accomplish presentations to clients and internal teams
- Provide feedback for improving portfolio and marketing strategies
- Complete expense reports per policy
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales with understanding of drug discovery and discovery chemistry
- Minimum BS in chemistry, pharmacology, or related discipline
- Residence within assigned territory
