Job Description
The assistant manager at Legacy Commons ensures stable occupancy and meets financial goals by supporting property operations in a 247-unit community. Staff maintains high occupancy levels through resident relations and excellent service. Work supports property managers in directing teams and achieving budgeted targets.
Dominium develops and manages affordable housing with offices in Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, and Minneapolis, serving communities across over 20 states. The company operates more than 43,000 units and focuses on community building.
Employees monitor occupancy, build resident ties, and coordinate staff training under management supervision. They use Yardi software for property tasks and assist in establishing community connections. Interactions include on-call duties and consultations with site personnel. Occasional evenings and weekend work add scheduling challenges.

Requirements
- 1-2 years previous property management experience preferred
- Section 8, Section 42, or Market Rate experience preferred
- Yardi software experience preferred
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
