This position shapes ecommerce growth for Amazon 3P, DTC, retailer.com partners like Ulta, Target by setting roadmaps, KPIs, managing agencies, optimizing site conversions. It leads teams in paid media, customer experience, delivering sales targets through campaigns like Black Friday.
Bubble develops new ecommerce vertical, specializing in beauty products, located in Soho office with global expansions.
Directors manage Amazon agency for assortment, pricing, lead Growth & Media, CX Managers on retention flows using email, SMS, SEO across DTC. They partner with retail, marketing, operations, report insights, facing high-velocity brand scalability in consumer markets.
Annual salary $130k-$190k. In-office 4 days for Monday-Thursday Soho. Full-time. Entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Define ecommerce roadmap for Amazon, DTC, retailer channels
- Lead promo plans and campaign execution
- Manage Amazon relationship for sales, advertising
- Own DTC channel, CRM, SEO
- Lead CX team for service and loyalty
Requirements
- 7-10+ years ecommerce experience in Amazon, retailer.com, DTC
- Track record in beauty, personal care, CPG growth
- Leadership in managing agencies, P&L ownership
